Life Happens We try to avoid it but sometimes life gets in the way and we let excuses take over. A day of exercise missed turns into a week, which turns into a month and sometimes a year or more. During this time we tend to fall of the wagon of healthy eating and feel as though we have reached a point of no return. Each passing day of not exercising makes it more difficult.
