Wichita & Hutchinson
I was born and raised in Hutchinson, KS, where I attended both Hutchinson High School and Hutchinson Community College. I met my amazing husband in Dallas where he was serving in the Navy and enjoyed moving around to the various locations that the Navy took us. During this time, my passion for chiropractic care was ignited by the influence of my cousin who was an admired chiropractor in the Oklahoma City area. Driven by a deep desire to have a meaningful impact on the lives and well-being of others, I dedicated myself to pursuing a chiropractic education. After graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, I had a private practice in the Oklahoma City area for a couple of years focusing on family care, especially prenatal and pediatrics.
We made the conscious decision to move back to Kansas and homeschool our four children. Although the balance of familial responsibility and personal ambitions was a tricky one to navigate, the rewards of being home with our children and facilitating their schooling have been immeasurable.
Now, as I prepare to embark on a new chapter in my life, I am excited to join the esteemed Prairie Health & Wellness team where I will have the invaluable opportunity to collaborate with exceptional healthcare professionals. My unwavering dedication to my family, my relentless pursuit of knowledge, and my genuine desire to improve the well-being of others serve as a shining example to those who know me. I like to tailor my approach to the needs and comfort of each individual patient and situation. I am certified in the Webster Technique for SI joint dysfunction which can be helpful for anyone but is extremely helpful during pregnancy to prepare for labor. Using the Diversified Technique and Instrument Assisted Techniques also allows me to offer gentle, but effective low-force adjustments. As I reintegrate into practice, I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve through my chiropractic care.
